I am an accountant-turned-UX Designer (with a focus on UX Research), with 10 years of experience in the Financial sector, of which 6 years was with Barclays Bank. 

I have worked with stakeholders across Europe, Asia and Americas. I also have experience analysing data and translating it for innovation and process improvement, in an Agile Scrum setting. 

Having taken a career break to focus on family and to pursue a Graphics Design Diploma and UX studies, I am able to offer a unique blend of UX and Design skills coupled with commercial understanding and analytical ability. 

I am passionate about UX design as I believe it has the potential to make a significantly positive impact for the people being designed for,  and UX Research is the first step towards establishing their needs and goals.
