Entomo Power Corporate Identity

Communication Design Diploma Final Project, 2020

In this project, I designed the corporate identity for Entomo Power, a fictitious health food brand selling a range of cricket flour and cricket protein bars.  The idea came about when I saw a documentary about the growing trend of eating insects may be the answer to global food shortage - and thought how I can encourage more people to try eating insects. Due to the high protein to fat ratio of crickets, I thought they could appeal to health conscious gym-goers if crickets are marketed as a fitness supplement.

I decided to name the brand "Entomo Power" because "entomo-" means "relating to insects", and "power" implies that the products are a source of power for your workout.

 

In order to create the brand identity, I designed the logo, mascots (which are used to create animated GIFs), packaging (primary and secondary), merchandise, corporate stationery and various marketing collaterals. The marketing collaterals include a complete website, Facebook profile page, Facebook ad mockups, Website Banner Ad, Instagram page, and Print Ad.
